I never thought of myself as a creative or artistic person. I grew up in Washington state and was into cheerleading, gymnastics, track, and more "active" activities. I loved working out and that is the route I took in college- fitness and wellness, under an Exercise Science degree from BYU.
While I still love and practice fitness, decorating was always something I loved and fantasized about. Life happened, and I got married to the most wonderful guy, Aaron, and had a baby (Carter) 15 months ago. Needless to say I wasn't bound to be a huge career woman but I have been working on finding my niche in the interior design world through my blog and others. As I became more familiar with blogs, I couldn't stop scouring them and began saving images of amazingly decorated spaces. I loved them so much I couldn't keep them to myself! So that's where MY blog comes in....
I'm still learning the trade and when time permits, I'll be headed to interior design school. But for now, enjoy my experimentations and musings!
